Where do you ship?

Do you offer local delivery?
Yes — Pantry-to-Porch delivery is available to select Melbourne suburbs. Eligible customers will see the option at checkout.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

Candle Questions

Are the candles scented?
Yes — each candle is individually fragranced. Scent notes vary per style and collection.

Are the candles safe to burn?
Absolutely. They are made using high-quality wax, safe fragrance oils, and cotton wicks. Always follow burn instructions included with your candle.

My candle dripped / pooled — is that normal?
Yes — sculptural candles burn differently from jar candles. Drips are part of the aesthetic. Always burn on a heat-safe dish.

Do the candles come with care instructions?
Yes — you’ll receive a care card with tips to get the longest burn and safest experience.

Is the citrus edible?
Yes — it’s edible, preservative-free, and suitable for drinks, grazing, garnishes, and desserts.

How do I store the citrus?
Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. A care card is included.

How long does it last?
12+ months when stored correctly.

Returns & Problems

My candle arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us within 7 days and we’ll organise a refund, exchange or replacement.

Do you accept returns if I change my mind?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns — but if there’s an issue, please reach out.
