Glow Pantry

At Glow Pantry, each item is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches. We take great care in preparing and packaging your order, and we want you to feel confident purchasing from us.

Change of Mind

Due to the handmade and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
    •    Your order number
    •    A brief description of the issue
    •    Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Candles

Each candle is individually hand-poured and may feature natural variations in colour, texture, or finish. These variations are part of the design and do not constitute a fault.

Food & Consumable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food or consumable items unless they are damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
