The Chiaroscuro Collective is an evolving body of one-of-one dimensional objects exploring contrast, depth, and the quiet relationship between light and shadow.

Additional imagery will be added as the collection evolves.

Each piece is formed from layered, pigmented wax, built slowly by hand. Colour is allowed to settle, interrupt, and interact with form, creating surfaces that shift visually as lighting changes throughout the day. Edges soften, shadows deepen, and subtle movements appear depending on angle and distance.

No two works are ever repeated.

These pieces are not candles and are not designed to be burned. They exist as static objects — created to be displayed, observed, and lived with — functioning as contemporary objets d’art rather than decorative or functional items.

Every object within the Chiaroscuro Collective stands alone as an original work, while also belonging to a broader, ongoing exploration of material, restraint, and form. Variations in pigment density, finish, and proportion ensure that each piece carries its own presence and visual rhythm.

This collective sits at the intersection of material experimentation and fine art — quiet, intentional, and uncompromising.
